Negative: Poor customer service, missed appointments, no communication.
Positive: Reliable service, friendly, knowledgeable, punctual (historical).
Negative: Unresponsive to calls, even from previous customers.

Despite scheduling them in September to come and complete a backflow prevention test, they're by far the worst example of customer service i've seen. Never showed up. Never called. Never emailed. Never confirmed, and i've called twice, and just tried again with no answer. It's my fault for even giving them a chance I guess seeing they previously had a 1 star review, so if you see this review - do yourself a favor and don't even waste your time. Absolutely pathetic service worth 0 zero starts, but that's not an option.

Have used them multiple times over the years and recommended to friends and family who have also had great experiences. Have been friendly, knowledgeable, and punctual every time. Wouldn't trust anyone else in the port city with my plumbing needs!

i have called them 4 times in the past 3 months and not even received a call back. And i am a paid up previous customer!
